Setting time aside for the gym, is easier if you follow a routine, have a gym buddy and plan ahead as you then feel committed to follow through. After a couple of months of fitting this into a schedule it becomes second nature and part of the week rather than an add-on.Thank you Kerry Timms for keeping me motivated and on task!
